Thank you for choosing Labylayo! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking requirements below:
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment slot.
- Service Deposit: All appointments require an additional $50 deposit (applied toward your total service cost) to be sent via Zelle to 8728885261. This confirms your scheduled time.
- Rescheduling: If you're unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your $50 service deposit.
- Hair Preparation: Please arrive with clean, washed, and dried hair that is free of any creams or heavy products. This allows us to work efficiently and give you the best results.
- Appointment Confirmation: Kindly text us two days before your scheduled appointment to confirm. This helps us prepare and manage our schedule effectively.
